If you aren't completely stoked with your drink bottle or any other Dawny product, let us know! We're passionate about quality, so drop us a line at email@example.com and we can chat.
It's pretty difficult to tell when a drink bottle has been used, so we do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase —so please choose carefully. We will accept returns for faulty items within 90 days from your original purchase. The return shipping and handling fee will not be covered by the Dawny Adventure Club unless the product is incorrect or deemed to be faulty. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will discuss your return/refund further.
We will endeavour to ship your order as soon as reasonably practicable during normal business hours. Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Shipping costs are added to your cart at check out. Please provide a physical street address, we will not deliver to a P.O Box.
