Shipping Policy

We will endeavour to ship your order as soon as reasonably practicable during normal business hours.

Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping costs are added to your cart at check out. Please provide a physical street address, we cannot deliver to a P.O Box. 

If you are outside of NZ and Australia and are after one of our products - give us a shout, we can chat options!

Return Policy

It's pretty difficult to tell when a drink bottle has been used, so we do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase —so please choose carefully. 

We will accept returns for faulty items within 90 days from your original purchase. The return shipping and handling fee will not be covered by the Dawny Adventure Club unless the product is incorrect or deemed to be faulty.
