When will my order be dispatched?
WE'VE GONE SURFING! CHRISTMAS CUT OFF DATE IS MIDNIGHT ON 18 DECEMBER 2024.
ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN 20 DECEMBER 2024 AND 5 JANUARY 2025 WILL BE SHIPPED THE WEEK OF 6 JANUARY 2025

We endeavor to get all standard orders out within 2 working days of the order being placed.
If you choose a customised item such as a drink bottle, cup, coozie or dog bowl, this will take up to 7 working days to be dispatched.
Is your packaging sustainable?
We use recycled plastic courier bags as we've found these are the most durable when sending our drink bottles and other items.
We will use cardboard boxes when multiple items are ordered and they will be stuffed with brown paper to protect the products.
All our Dawny products come in a cardboard box with no single use plastic.
Can you post orders to PO boxes?
No we cannot deliver to PO boxes, please provide a physical home or office delivery address.
Drink Bottles
Are Dawny products dishwasher safe?
Unfortunately, it's not recommended! The heat in dishwashers have been known to damage seals on our lids, and could also impact the thermal properties of the drink bottles. So handwash only!
How do I clean my Dawny?
We recommend washing your bottle once a week with warm soapy water. Then once a month a good soak of the lid in 1 part boiling water, 1 part baking soda and 1 part vinegar is ideal. Scrub or soak, and voila - a nice, clean drinking vessel!
Are your lids BPA free?
Yes! None of our lids have BPA in them.
Is there lead in your drink bottles?
Yes there is a small amount of lead used in the manufacturing process of our Dawny products.
The manufacturing process uses an industry-standard pellet to seal the two layers of vacuum insulation at the base of our products, and this pellet contains some lead.
Once the layers are sealed this area is safely covered with our durable powder coating layer, making it inaccessible to you.
There is no lead on the surface of any of our Dawny products, so you or your fluids will not come into contact with lead at any time.
Are your bottles insulated?
Yes! All of our bottles feature double-wall thermal insulation to keep your drinks cold for 24 hours or hot for 12 hours.
