Refund policy
It's pretty difficult to tell when a drink bottle has been used, so we do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase. Please choose carefully. We will accept returns for faulty items within 90 days from your original purchase. The return shipping and handling fee will not be covered by the Dawny Adventure Club unless the product is incorrect or deemed to be faulty. Email us at hello@dawnyadventureclub.co.nz with your order number and we will discuss your return/refund further.
